Carbon Fiber Insoles for Foot Pain Relief (Women's 13, Men's 12)

This carbon fiber shoe insert is sold as a 1 Pair (2 pieces), unlike other stores that sell them individually. The second picture shows the size chart of the insoles (in mm), which are suitable for sports and sneakers shoes, not for high and low heels or dress shoes.

When selecting your insole length, please refer to the size chart in the fifth picture and choose according to your shoe size. The carbon fiber liner must be 0.4 - 0.6 inches (1 - 1.5 cm) shorter than the removable liner in the shoe, as shown in the third picture.
